The DS11 and DS18 mallets have a unique, bronze core that “kicks in” for greater projection. The DS10H and DS19Hs are significantly larger to bring out more fundamental. Birch handles.

• A large, heavy mallet emphasizes the dark end of the tonal spectrum.

DS11

• Soft
• Medium weight. Dark tone is free of yarn noise and slap. Good for recording or chamber use.

DS18

• Hard
• Medium weight designed for maximum “cutting power” in amplified and acoustic situations.

DS19H

• Hard-Heavy
• Heavyweight/oversized. Great power in well-developed hands.
