The YTR-8335RC 3rd slide features a design that differs from previous Yamaha custom models. The water slide is removable for faster, more thorough water drainage while playing, and the position of the finger ring is adjustable to match the size of the players hand and allow maximum slide travel. There is also a large button on the water slide that makes slide operation easy while simultaneously achieving deeper resonance.
A one-piece valve casing results in a freer playing feel for more flexible musical expression.
Phosphor bronze bottom caps contribute to lustrous, powerful high-range notes with a solid tonal core. Cap thickness has been painstakingly fine-tuned to ensure optimum playing feel and enhanced response.
