The black Top Hat knobs with silver reflectors, nickel control plate, and Kluson Deluxe 3-on-a-plate tuners with black buttons are all correct and unmodified. Its bridge-mounted Gibson single-coil pickup reads 7.38k, and the original electronics remain intact, with pot codes dating to the 37th and 40th weeks of 1961. The hard-stamped serial number on the back of the headstock matches Gibsons 1962 numbering system.
The natural nitrocellulose finish retains a warm amber hue, showing only minimal checking and a few light nicks around the edges. Metal components display very light tarnishing.
