The Ultimate Gibson Hummingbird

Our “Ultima” model designation calls to mind some of the most ornate and desirable Gibson Custom electric guitar models ever made. The Hummingbird Ultima builds on the success of that range and brings it to the Gibson acoustic guitar lineup. The Hummingbird Ultima features a quilt maple back and sides paired with a select flame maple top. The mahogany neck has a bound ebony fretboard, and the headstock is also bound. The multi-ply body binding features abalone, as does the beautiful and intricate vine inlay on the fretboard and headstock. Other premium features include gold Waverly tuners, a mother-of-pearl truss rod cover, and an engraved Hummingbird pickguard with graphics that are color-coordinated to the guitar’s finish. A hardshell case is included.
